BPE - Prospect return 🎙️

We wanted to share this!

Our prospecting has led us to a prospect enrolled in a part of a change management policy logic.

  1. An audit of the situation: Analysis - Diagnosis
  2. A business proposal
  3. A presentation of the action plan

Eventually, this prospect tells us that he will come back to us because this proposal meets his expectations.

We do realize that we have hit the nail on the head
Others will say “nice fishing”
Here come the history goes bad !!!

Return prospect: Finally No. We’ll see later.

We: Totally doubtful!!!

Respecting the choice of the prospect, we slip away.

Six months later, we receive an email from this prospect, totally embittered given his current situation.

The social climate within the company is harmful:

  • Questioning skills
  • Numerous communication node
  • The organization no longer responds to this new reality that is its own

In other words, it’s failure

     The latter accuses us of not having insisted enough???

  • You had to take his hand!!
  • To break the objection, in short that we become dependent on the decision!!!

It’s a crazy perception.

In the end, this is a lost opportunity and an accusation of not helping anyone in danger.

Would you call that a joke?

  • Focused
  • Qualified
  • And we always engage our credibility and willingness to bring about changes that matter and respond to your reality

Our approach is not just merchant, but is part of a real desire to support leaders in their conquest of new markets or simply in a concern for continuous improvement in order to meet these prerogatives.
