The Transformation of the Economy: Structural and Conjunctural Changes
This transformation of the economy is accompanied by an evolution of organizations that leads to a change in the way companies are represented by actors (Customer culture, quality, processes).
A new management style will also emerge, which will have undergone transformations as well.
It must respond to four main logics:
* A logic of Construction
* A logic of Prescription
* A logic of Adaptation
* And a logic of Crisis
We are therefore led to transform ourselves, renew ourselves, and adapt to this new situation, and consequently rethink our life position.
The goal will be to continually orient ourselves towards autonomy, which rests on:
- Consciousness capacity
- Spontaneity capacity
- Intimacy capacity
Fear (this renewal) may be legitimate (no short-term visibility), but should never create resistance to change.
Understanding and Overcoming Resistance to Change
Behaviors have been identified that can be observed in chaotic or opposed dynamics:
- Avoidance syndrome for those who refuse to see reality,
- Catalog syndrome for those who excessively categorize actor communities and lock them into predetermined behaviors
- Tetany syndrome for those who are unable to decide when complexity takes over
Our lever of action is first and foremost non-financial to reach a financial level.
KPIs are not an end in themselves, but a way to act in order to achieve strategies, with financial objectives serving as criteria for sustainability.
What share of responsibilities should be entrusted to statutory leadership and what share should be assigned to a participatory process?
